CCA Overview & Highlights
Bedok View Modern Dance Club is a vibrant space where students learn, grow and lead through the art of dance. Guided by the school’s vision of Learners who Learn for Life, Leaders who Light the Way, students develop dance techniques, resilience, discipline and confidence through regular training, rehearsals and performances. They learn to support one another, overcome challenges and strive for continuous improvement.
In 2025, the club’s dedication and teamwork were recognised with a Distinction at the Singapore Youth Festival (SYF). Beyond competitions and performances, students take on leadership roles by guiding and mentoring their juniors, fostering a strong sense of belonging within the club.
In 2026, the club partnered with APSN Katong for the Extraordinary Celebration, bringing together students from Special Education (SPED) and mainstream schools to train, rehearse and perform together. This meaningful collaboration nurtured empathy, mutual respect and friendship, while promoting a strong culture of inclusion and belonging.
Through these experiences, students discover that dance is more than a performance—it is a way to connect, inspire and grow together. Bedok View Modern Dance Club empowers students to express themselves confidently, support others and carry the values of learning and leadership beyond the stage.
