Bedok View Model Student of the Semester Award
This award, initiated in 2017, aims to recognise ALL students who consistently exhibit the desired school values of Respect, Responsibility, Integrity, Service and Excellence (2RISE) as well as the social-emotional competencies.
Objectives
To recognise outstanding students who are exemplary in character and who can be role models to inspire their peers.
To emphasise the importance of character and values, such as our school's 2RISE values.
2RISE & Shine Award
Recognising simple acts of good deed, this award is presented to students who have performed acts that demonstrated BV's 2RISE values of Respect, Responsibility, Integrity, Service and Excellence. These students also 2RISE to the occasion and SHINE when there is a need.
Objectives
To inculcate the school values of Respect, Responsibility, Integrity, Service and Excellence (2RISE) in students by encouraging them to be more aware of the actions that demonstrate these values.
To recognise students for their positive behaviour in demonstrating 2RISE.
To provide staff and students with a platform to commend students who demonstrate positive behaviours.
